33 year-old female
5' 8" , 135 lbs with B-cup breasts and pre-existing asymetry

After:
6 months post operative breast augmentation with 475 cc smooth saline breast implants to D-cup breasts

Comment:
In this patient, I had to correct some asymetry. She had some pre-existing psuedo-ptosis (slight sagging), which was nicely improved with the procedure. Notice the natural "sloping" of the breast in the upper part, even with a fairly generous implant volume.
