28 year old female with significant abdominal skin laxity/stretch marks after having 2 children

After:
8 months post-operative fully tummy tuck

Comments:
Notice the stretch marks preoperatively. In a full tummy tuck, I am able to remove all of the stretch marks between the belly button and the pubic region (in this case, the patient's C-section scar). The stretch marks above the belly button (preoperatively) are not removed, but they are "stretched", so to speak, as well as moved to a lower point on the abdomen. Thus, they are much more difficult to see. This patient was a great candidate for the procedure, as she was so thin to begin with. I did tighten her abdominal muscles, as well (standard for full tummy tuck)
