Before:
37 year old female post 3 pregnancies and 2 c-sections with concerns of significant loose skin/ stretch marks of upper and lower abdomen

After:
7 months post operative full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)

Comments:
A full tummy tuck was appropriate for this patient, given the excess skin in the upper and lower abdomen. . .the only way to address all of this skin, stretch marks, and muscular laxity (stretching out of abdominal musculature after pregnancies) is to perform a full tummy tuck.
