25 year old female, 5' 5" 118 lbs with small B-cup breasts

After:

1 year post-operative breast augmentation with 425cc smooth round saline breast implants to Full C/ Small D cup breasts.

Comments:

Although this patient is very thin, I was able to create a very full, yet natural look. She was emphatic about not having any roundness at the top of her breasts (or as commonly described as a shelf like look). From all views, the breasts look natural, yet they are certainly very full. Notice also how I was able to create the "pockets" for the implants such that the implants are close enough to create enough natural cleavage. A lot of women want to avoid a large gap in this area between the breasts.
