57 year old female with significant pre-operative facial and neck laxity.

After:

8 months post-operative facelift/necklift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty

Comments:

This patient had a significant amount of eyelid asymmetry pre-operatively. This is very common in many patients, and in many cases, can only be partially addressed with the operation. Her eyelid asymmetry is more related to her lower eyelid position (naturally), and I did not operate on her lower eyelids. The important thing to notice, again, is the very natural result that is seen from all three views. This result is not as dramatic, but it demonstrates that there should simply be a nice "freshening up" of the face with this combination of procedures.
