6 months post a facelift and necklift with bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelift)

Comments:

This combination of procedures is fantastic for a patient of this type. She has obviously been very motivated in her weight loss efforts, and this has resulted in a tremendous amount of loose skin in her upper, middle, and lower face and neck. The natural appearance of the final result is the key, as there is no evidence of any "pulling" around the eyes or the mouth. Pay particular attention to the jawline/ neck contour after the surgery in the front and angle views.
